Henderson Stone & Co Ltd was formed in 2002 with a small team of 4 experienced advisers supported by 2 administration staff. Since then the company has enjoyed consistent growth and currently offers the combined experience of 22 advisers supported by 4 administration staff, 3 paraplanners and two marketing staff.

In 2010 the company became part of the newly formed Caerus Capital Group. The Group offer a national network of wealth management advisory firms, along with in-house fund management. The change was made in order to offer clients a better overall proposition whilst also cutting out a great deal of complexity for advisers.
