- Born in 1948. Married to Nicky and living in Glasgow. Has two grown up children, David and Carrie, and Ben, who is 2.
Enjoys playing golf, watching rugby and is an avid Ireland supporter.

- Has been a financial adviser with the same company since 1972 (Hambro Life, Allied Dunbar, Zurich and now Openwork).
Involved with management and development of advisers from 1978-2002.
Started Henderson Stone & Co in July, 2002. The company has now grown a team of 19 experienced advisers supported by four administrators, three para planners and three marketing staff.
