Office Administrator – Glasgow Office

Paraplanner – Glasgow Office
We are expanding our business and are looking for an additional paraplanner to join our busy Glasgow office. The ideal candidate will wish to use this position as a stepping stone toward becoming a financial planner, or looking at a career as a paraplanner. It is vital you are able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. We’re offering a competitive package with car parking available.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, preparing and maintaining client files
- Checking compliance paperwork
- Undertaking research to meet client needs
- Taking further qualifications
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or 2-3 years experience of working within financial services
- High level skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Financial Analytical software experience an advantage
- Must be good with processes, following up and completing tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Ongoing Support & Training
We provide ongoing support and training (in office) centered around our Academy which runs every Friday from 10.30am to 12.45pm. In these sessions we focus on developing new skills and updating our knowledge in the continually changing world of financial services.
